To apply the cream, follow these steps:

1. Wash your hands before and after applying the cream.
2. Unscrew the tube cap and turn it upside down.
3. Pierce the tube neck cover using the sharp tip of the cap.
4. Remove the applicator and screw it onto the tube.
5. Fill the applicator with the gel up to the fill line.
6. Remove the applicator from the tube and replace the cap.
7. To apply the gel, lie down and insert the applicator tip deeply into the vagina.
8. Slowly push the plunger all the way in.
9. After use, remove the plunger from the cannula and wash them thoroughly with water.

Apply the cream twice a week or daily, if necessary, for a maximum period of 12 weeks.
