To use CISTILESS®, simply dissolve the contents of one stick in a glass of water and drink. It is advisable to take it on an empty stomach and bladder for better absorption. Throughout the day, it is important to drink plenty of water.

• In case of an acute phase, for the first 3 days, take 2 sticks of CISTILESS® per day: one in the morning, before breakfast, and another in the mid-afternoon.
• For maintenance, take 1 stick of CISTILESS® per day, in the morning, before breakfast, until finishing the package.
• To prevent recurrences, take 1 stick of CISTILESS® per day, in the morning, before breakfast. Complete one package every quarter.
