Magnesium and Vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

• For occasional moments of stress (such as excessive work): take 3 tablets per day, 2 in the morning and 1 at noon.
• For prolonged periods of stress: take 2 tablets per day in the morning.
