1. Make sure to check the expiration date.
2. Handle the condom with care, avoiding tearing it with nails or sharp objects.
3. With the rim of the condom facing outwards, squeeze the tip and place it on the tip of the erect penis. Roll it all the way down with the other hand.
4. If during sexual intercourse you feel the condom is rolling up, slipping off, or pulling on the penis, stop and check its condition, as this increases the likelihood of breakage.
5. After ejaculation, while the penis is still erect, hold the base of the condom and remove it.
6. Dispose of it in household trash (not in the toilet).
