Gently pass the brush between the teeth, in each interdental space. Avoid applying too much pressure, to avoid harming the teeth and gums. Slide the interdental brush back and forth, in back and forth movements, along the entire length of the space between the teeth. Repeat the process for all desired interdental spaces. Finally, rinse the brush well.
