Before sun exposure, apply generously (for example, an average of 6 sprays on the forearm). Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, towel drying, or sweating. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even while using sunscreen. Overexposure to the sun is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure between 11am and 4pm. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.
