Empty the contents of the sachet into the bottle;
Fill the bottle with purified, distilled, or previously boiled water;
Close the cap and shake well;
Gently squeeze the bottle while holding your breath, then exhale through your nostrils with your mouth closed.
The mixture can be stored for up to 7 days.

• Prevention: use once a day or after exposure to irritants;
• Mild to moderate congestion: use twice a day;
• Moderate to severe congestion, mucus or infection: use three to four times a day.
