Apply generously before sun exposure. Applying a reduced amount significantly decreases the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.

Avoid sun exposure at noon and for long periods of time, even when using sunscreen. Keep babies and children away from direct sun exposure.
