Apply before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming or drying off and sweating. Apply generously (for example, 2 large portions of product on one arm). A smaller amount will decrease the level of protection. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even when using sunscreen. Too much sun is dangerous.
