Dr. Scholl's Gelactiv Men's Regular Use Insoles (2-Pack)

- If necessary, cut to fit the shoe size. Cut along the contour that corresponds to the foot size or use the original shoe sole as a guide.
- For best results: remove the insole already inside the shoe and replace it with the Scholl GelActiv™ insole with the GEL side facing DOWN. Replace the insoles when they show signs of wear (recommended every 6 months).

Can be used with: everyday or work shoes; sports sneakers; flat shoes.
