1. Check the expiration date.

2. Handle the condom carefully, avoiding tearing it with nails or sharp objects.

3. With the outside of the condom facing outwards, hold the reservoir and place it on the tip of the erect penis. Roll the condom down to the base with the other hand.

4. If during sexual intercourse you feel that the condom is rolling up, slipping off, or pulling the penis, stop and check its condition, as this increases the risk of it breaking.

5. After ejaculation, and with the penis still erect, hold the condom at the base of the penis and remove it.

6. Dispose of it in household waste (not in the toilet).
