1. Brush your teeth as usual using the Plaque Revealing toothpaste.
2. Rinse your mouth and check the effectiveness of your brushing in a mirror.
3. Repeat the brushing to remove any residual coloration on your teeth (plaque), without using toothpaste.
4. Use twice a day or occasionally, alternating with a traditional toothpaste.
