Before use, it is necessary to shake the product. Then, it should be applied generously to dry or wet skin, at least 30 minutes before sun exposure, keeping a maximum distance of 5cm from the skin. It is important to ensure that the product is evenly spread, until it is completely absorbed. It is recommended to reapply every 2 hours, on both dry and wet skin. If sweating, swimming or drying with a towel, it is recommended to repeat the application. If the amount applied is reduced or if the product is not shaken enough, the protection factor will be reduced.
