Instructions for application:

1. Straighten the entrance of the ear canal, gently pulling the ear.
2. With the other hand, hold the tip of the plug and insert it in a circular motion until it is well placed in the ear.
3. To remove the plug, gently rotate it in a circular motion to gradually release the pressure.
4. Wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly before reusing and store in the original packaging.
