Reusable hot or cold water bag. Can be used in the freezer to relieve pain and swelling, on bruises or sprains, or in the microwave to relax muscles and relieve stiffness. Features a protective cover for added comfort and an elastic band to keep it in place.

For cold treatment: Store the bag in the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours before use. Then, apply it to the area to be treated and leave it on for a few minutes.

For heat treatment: Heat the bag in the microwave or in a double boiler. Then, apply it to the area to be treated for a few minutes.
