Wash and dry your nose before applying the strip.

Remove the protective paper and place the strip following the instructions in the image to the right.

Gently press the tips to secure the strip in place.

To remove, gently pull the strip from both sides while washing your face with warm water or during a shower. Start from the edges and then peel off the strip completely.
