Guidelines:

Apply generously before sun exposure. Applying a reduced amount significantly decreases the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming, or drying off with a towel.

Avoid sun exposure at noon and for long periods of time, even when wearing sunscreen. Keep babies and children away from direct sun exposure.
