- If necessary, trim to fit the shoe size. Follow the contour of the foot size or use the original shoe sole as a guide.
- For best results: remove the current insole of the shoe and replace it with the Scholl GelActiv™ insole with the GEL side facing DOWN. Replace the insoles when they show signs of wear (recommended every 6 months).
